Compress PDF
Make PDF files smaller for email and uploads
فایلەکان بە تایبەتی کاریان لەسەر دەکرێت و دوای 60 خولەک بە شێوەیەکی خۆکار دەسڕێنەوە.
Large PDFs are hard to email and slow to upload. This tool reduces the size of a PDF by optimising its images and fonts, while text stays sharp and searchable.
PDFs with many photos or scanned pages usually shrink the most. If your PDF is already optimised, the tool tells you and returns the original instead of a bigger file.
How to compress a PDF
- Upload your PDF.
- Choose Light, Recommended or Strong compression.
- Click Convert. The result shows how much smaller the file is.
PDF compressor features
- Three levels: Light (print quality), Recommended (screen quality) and Strong (smallest file).
- Text and vector graphics stay sharp; mainly images are optimised.
- Duplicate images are detected and stored once.
- Never makes your file bigger: you get the original back if it cannot be reduced.
Which compression level should I use?
Light keeps print quality and is good for documents you will print. Recommended is ideal for reading on screen and sharing by email. Strong gives the smallest file, best for uploads with strict size limits; photos will look softer.
