Text copied from PDFs, websites, e-mails and spreadsheets is often full of double spaces, broken lines and invisible characters. Text Cleaner fixes it in one step, and you choose exactly which clean-up operations are applied.

How to clean up text

1. Paste your text into the Before box.
2. Switch the cleaning options you need on or off, for example removing empty lines or duplicates.
3. Check the After box and click Copy result or Download .txt.

Why does copied text look messy?

PDFs place each line separately, websites use non-breaking spaces and some editors add zero-width characters. These are invisible but break searching, counting and formatting. Text Cleaner removes them while keeping the joining characters that Kurdish, Persian and Urdu words need.
